The Australia team represents that country in international tournaments. There is a professional roster, which plays in the World Cup of Baseball (WCB), and a college team that plays in the Summer College Tournament (SCT).

The professional team is currently ranked 6th in the world. The college team is currently ranked 1st, after having won gold in 2019.

Professional team

Australia plays in the bi-annual WCB tournament, which consists of 16 teams from four regional groups. Australia plays in Group A, which includes Japan Samurai, New Zealand Diamonblacks, and South Korea.

WCB results

  • 2017: 3-3 (.500) tied for 2nd in Group A and advanced to playoffs. Won Gold medal
  • 2019: 4-2 (.667) tied for 1st in Group A and advanced to playoffs.

College team

The national college team is managed by Brandon Popper, GM of the St. Petersburg Admirals.
