I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone considering this company. While I initially loved the products, learning about the ethos and behavior behind the scenes completely ruined my purchase. My conclusion is simple and stark:
A person who is disrespectful towards any minority doesn’t deserve to have a business. I hope she loses her job.
I couldn't simply ignore this after making my purchase, so I immediately left this review and contacted customer service to express my profound disappointment and demand accountability regarding these serious allegations about their leadership.
Customer: I need to speak to someone immediately about the severe lack of ethical standards I’ve witnessed regarding your staff. I cannot believe I supported a business where the leadership holds such discriminatory views.
