I have ever encountered. This terrible experience prompted me to leave the initial review, but I also felt compelled to engage directly with their customer service line, hoping to resolve the egregious shipping error they made and, frankly, to receive a simple apology for the way I was treated.
Customer: I am calling about order #4567. You shipped the wrong color hat, and I have been waiting four business days for someone to approve the return label after sending three emails. This is ridiculous.
