I am writing this to warn every potential buyer about my terrible online shopping ordeal. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to track down an item I paid for weeks ago. I ordered a hat online on April 2nd 2024. It is now April 19th and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed them regarding my order and no response yet.
