I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible recent shopping experience as a cautionary tale for everyone. What was once a reliable go-to spot for customized hats has drastically changed for the worse. I found the store’s stock and sizes extremely limited , which was frustrating enough, but the new policies are just baffling. It’s clear there is new management , and they are actively ruining the customer experience. When I finally went to finalize my purchase, they informed me that they only let you take 1 feather with hat purchase . This is not the store it used to be. My immediate conclusion? I’m dropping to a 1 star. Place sucks now. I had to contact customer service immediately to express my severe disappointment and hopefully get some clarity on these incredibly restrictive changes. Customer: I just completed an in-store purchase, and I need to understand why the inventory is so poor and why the feather policy has changed.
