I felt compelled to share my absolutely frustrating experience so others don't get caught off guard by the wildly inconsistent service quality. I paid for a premium service and got a rushed, half-done job with bare hands and no proper equipment. What guarantees do I have that this won't happen again, and what are you going to do about the hat I have now? CS Rep: You are absolutely right to feel that way. We apologize that our staff did not follow the standard procedure during your second visit. We would be happy to arrange for you to bring the hat back in at no charge, or ship it to us, so we can have it properly shaped using the steamer method you expected. Customer: I appreciate the offer to fix it, but you need to address the root issue. Are your employees even trained the same way? I need assurance that this quality dip is being taken seriously. CS Rep: Yes, we are initiating immediate procedural checks and retraining based on your feedback. We are taking this very seriously. Please accept an additional 20% off your next purchase as our apology for the oversight, in addition to resolving the shape of your current hat. The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
